Privacy Policy

Stimply is a golf course app platform. A golfer can select a club and use features such as course information, events, tee-time links, Players Club score posting, leaderboards, GPS yardages, and club notifications.

We collect account information needed to run the app, including your name, email address, password hash, and sign-in records. If you complete a golfer profile, we may also store details such as date of birth, gender, handicap or scoring settings, and competition grouping information.

When you use scoring or Players Club features, we store the scores, leaderboard entries, score review history, and related club records needed to operate those features. If you enable notifications, we store web or native push subscription tokens so your club can send app notifications.

If a club enables GPS, your device may ask for location permission while you use the GPS screen. Location is used to show distances to the front, center, and back of the green. Stimply does not store your precise GPS location history for this feature.

We use this information for account access, club membership features, score posting, leaderboards, handicaps, course operations, club notifications, support, security, and service reliability. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising tracking.

Your selected club and its authorized administrators may see the account, golfer profile, scoring, leaderboard, and operational records needed to run that club's app. Stimply also uses trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, email delivery, push delivery, storage, and operations.

You can delete your account from the Profile page in the app. Account deletion removes your user account, golfer profile, account-owned scores, notification subscriptions, reset tokens, and related account records where deletion is technically supported. Some club-owned operational history may remain as anonymized or non-account club records.
