Terms of Service

Stimply is a golf course app platform operated by Rangeland Digital Inc. The app helps participating golf courses provide golfers with club information, course content, tee-time links, events, scoring, leaderboards, GPS yardages, and notifications.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for using accurate account and golfer profile information. You may not use another person's account, impersonate someone else, or interfere with a club's scoring, event, leaderboard, or member operations.

Clubs are responsible for the content, schedules, events, tee-time availability, pricing, bookings, membership information, merchandise, and other club services shown through the app. If you have a question about a tee time, membership, event, score decision, or club rule, contact the club directly.

Stimply may link to club booking, store, membership, or payment pages for physical-world golf services and goods. Those transactions are handled by the club or its providers. Stimply does not sell digital goods or in-app subscriptions through the app.

Do not misuse the app, attempt to access systems without permission, upload harmful content, submit false scores or account details, harass other users, or use the app in a way that harms golfers, clubs, or platform operations.

The app may change over time as clubs update their setup and as Stimply improves the platform. We work to keep the service reliable, but some features may be unavailable during maintenance, network issues, provider outages, or club configuration changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stimply is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Rangeland Digital Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or from club-managed services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
